An extended complex for refugees
We provided a temporary complex for Red Cross, tailored to the needs of refugees. The complex consists of five buildings, totaling 94 units and a Schottenkeet.
With a capacity to accommodate up to 120 people, the sleeping and living areas are separated to maximize comfort. Additionally, in collaboration with Algeco Bouw & Winkels, we created a spacious shared area of 504m2 for dining and socializing, ensuring ample space for everyone.

Practical and comfortable
Our units were provided with all basic necessities. These include sleeping accommodation, sanitary facilities and cooking facilities. By choosing the right layout, the buildings are logical and intuitive to use.
For instance, the bedrooms are located on the north and south sides. Because the unit building is divided into two, as it were, privacy remains valued.
To connect the bedrooms, a corridor has been created. This corridor not only connects the bedrooms, but also serves as an entrance and exit. Adjacent to the corridor are the washrooms and laundry room.
Our 360° services
Through our 360 approach, the units were delivered fully equipped. This provided not only a quick, but also a total solution.
For example, we supplied the fire protection. This includes fire detectors and fire extinguishers.
Of course, comfort has also been taken into account. The units are equipped with our own split inverters and CO2 meters. In this way, a pleasant indoor climate can be achieved.
Algeco also delivered practical matters such as beds, kitchens and sanitary facilities.
We like to go the extra mile. That's why we chose to equip the units with a stable WiFi connection. Wherever you are in the units.
