To further strengthen our portfolio of 360° products and services, we are looking for a 360 Analyst. In this role, you will contribute to enhancing customer value by integrating additional 360° products and services into our existing offering.

Summary of your roll

Algeco, a leading provider of modular building solutions, is looking for a 360 Analyst to join and strengthen the 360 Benelux team. This team focuses on
enhancing our core product by adding complementary equipment and services.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing reports, KPIs, and market analyses, as well as following up on projects within our organization. You will work closely with your colleagues from the 360 department and other teams to identify action points, develop action plans and processes, and analyze strategic initiatives.

For this position, we are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a hands-on, proactive mindset.

Primary responsibilities

Analysis & Action Planning

  • Analyze results and progress
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure continuous improvement of pricing data, processes, and tracking
  • Identify and support improvement areas and growth opportunities
  • Create, manage, and maintain action plans and processes
  • Develop market analyses aligned across the organization

Implementation & Monitoring

  • Oversee the execution of actions within defined deadlines
  • Promote collaboration between departments
  • Support improvements within the supply chain
  • Execute actions independently when required

Your profile

Experience & Skills

  • Experience in the automotive and/or rental industry
  • Proven experience in project management and analysis
  • Strong commercial insight and a demonstrated track record of achieving results through successful implementation of changes and strategies
  • Solid statistical background with the ability to manipulate and interpret data using spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication skills, able to influence and convince at different organizational levels
  • Ability to work independently and result-oriented
  • Strong team player

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • ​​​​​​​Strategic thinking ability
  • ​​​​​​​Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • ​​​​​​​Proficiency in French, both written and spoken, is an asset
